its been determined that "the device" doesnt really respond to 719Hz at all. It responds to decibel levels. Try saying something into the mic, i activated it by just saying 1, 2, 3, 4 loudly into the microphone. never bothered using 719Hz.

Does anyone else feel like random sites are just randomly using the glyph now? like the halo.msn and the ringtones sites, and the gamestop cutout...so far none of those things have yielded any results? Yeah seems like it.... but bungie did say to distinguish what is ARG and what is not ARG related,...

just wondering, is the placement of the glyph in the ringtones section of the website a clue that something is embedded in the ringtones? i havnt seen it in any of the other pages (though the videos in the about halo section are cool).
