I'm guessing that if we're supposed to call a number, it'll at least be toll-free. This is, after all, one of the wealthier companies out there... Tried reverse lookup on it?

Maybe the lost planets from the quotes are the missing ones from the image?

Then it seems to follow reason that we're supposed to determine the time between the pictures by counting the stars/planets that disappeared, then multiplying by 16 hours?

Just a couple ideas... Someone mentioned that it was 32 characters (If I remember correctly.) Is there a possibility that there's a wireless network at these locations, and this could be a pass-phrase? Or perhaps some sort of Public-Shared-Key sort of thing for another encrypted message to come?
