I would be very hesitant on calling a non toll free number. Like others have said, I doubt Bungie would make us pay for our own phone calls. They also don't want us harassing the country. (or this guy)

I doubt you'd be able to unlock multiple servers with the same Windows ID. And It's completely unlikely that someone who unlocks all servers is going to get something amazing. Personally I think they should do away with the swag idea and give people a special gamerpic just for participating or somet...
